- It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

You can request a return within 2 DAYS of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost
- For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
